Internal Workflow System — Centralized Task & Project Automation
Client Large logistics & operations group, Delhi NCR
A 100+ person organization running entirely on WhatsApp groups and Excel trackers. Zero visibility for leadership. No accountability. Decisions made in meetings disappeared before they could be acted on.
We built Internal Workflow System — a multi-tenant SaaS platform with role-based access across 5 levels, automatic MOM-to-task pipeline, real-time notifications via Email, Telegram and WhatsApp, full project tracking with phases and budgets, and an immutable audit log. Deployed on Supabase with a .NET 8 backend and React 19 frontend.

Our first product — Internal Workflow System — was built for a 100+ person logistics and operations company in Delhi NCR. It replaced their WhatsApp groups and Excel trackers with a purpose-built automation system that's now used every single day.
